Vaccination Protocol

For horses competing at Hendersyde Park Horse Trials 2019.

We would ask that all horses competing have as a minimum an annual flu vaccination. In the case of any horses new to vaccination, we will require the two primary vaccinations to have been completed and the second to have been done at least 10 days prior to arrival at Hendersyde to compete.

Passports will be checked on arrival at Hendersyde to ensure compliance. Unfortunately, we will have to turn away any competitors that do not comply. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE UP TO DATE BEFORE LEAVING HOME!!

Class Eligibility

Entry to the class is as per the schedules with the additional proviso that no combination of horse and rider that has won at the class level they wish to enter is allowed.  Entry would need to be at the level above or otherwise HC.

We plan to build on the success of our layout and have exciting new plans for a mini Badminton type arena for the dressage and showjumping elements of the three day classes, to add to the excitement of the occasion for everyone.

We shall be building longer courses for the three day classes, and will have a new cross country designer for 2019, Judith Shipton, who has huge experience as a course designer with British Eventing and also as an integral part of the building and dressing team with Paul Ellis. We are honoured that they will both be continuing at Hendersyde and we aim to grow our reputation for outstanding courses and a friendly atmosphere, in the years ahead.
